Who We Are
At BxBlueprint and Allied Wellness Blueprint, we are mentors providing services that build confidence, sharpen clinical skills, and inspire leadership. We aim to become a one-stop hub — a blueprint — for meaningful change, offering high-quality supervision and support for students, as well as life-changing coaching for parents and caregivers. All supervision and assignments are client or patient-based, which follows the BACB guidelines. Whether it’s guiding a grad student across the finish line to BCBA certification, helping a parent better understand their child, or nurturing lifelong learners, we’re here to elevate the process.
At BxBlueprint LLC and Allied Wellness LLC, we empower future behavior analysts through values-driven ABA services, reshaping access to meaningful support for families, students, and organizations navigating behavioral health challenges.
A Trusted Supervisor for Your Fieldwork Needs
Vincent brings a thoughtful approach to supervision, combining clinical precision with a balanced, systems-oriented model of behavior analysis that draws from osteopathic and biomedical frameworks to inform his ethical, evidence-based practice. He earned dual bachelor’s degrees in general biology and music from UC San Diego and completed a dual master’s in biomedical sciences and ABA at Elms College, under the guidance of Dr. Laura Hanratty. He’s now a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine candidate at the University of New England, with plans to pursue a career in child psychiatry. Vincent brings a high standard of care rooted in diverse experience across various settings, including homes, clinics, schools, and integrated healthcare. Students under his supervision benefit from a dynamic blend of real-world perspectives and consistently high standards. Outside of his professional work, Vincent enjoys reading self-development literature, working out, and hiking.
A Supportive Mentor for Every Step of Your Journey
Julie brings energy and genuineness to every interaction, making supervision approachable and skillfully grounded. She earned her bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Development with a minor in Public Health from San Jose State University and completed her master's in Special Education with a focus on ABA at Arizona State University. Julie thrives in team settings, mentoring RBTs and fellow BCBAs, drawing from experiences in schools, homes, and clinics. Her students often describe her as bubbly, to the point and generous with feedback. Julie currently takes on a leadership role as a clinic trainer in Florida, but when she's not supervising, Julie explores new restaurants as an avid foodie, hits the slopes for snowboarding adventures, and fills her weekends with laughter, flavor, and fun.

Real Stories, Real Impact
"I feel incredibly fortunate to have Vincent and Julie as my supervisors. They each bring their own strengths, which means I get the best of both worlds in my professional growth. With Julie, I’ve deepened my understanding of traditional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with autism, and we often review key concepts from the Test Content Outline together. With Vincent, I’ve gained practical and effective strategies for managing and reducing challenging behaviors. Their combined mentorship has not only strengthened my skills but also expanded my perspective in the field."

"Vincent and Julie have been invaluable in guiding me as a mother navigating the world of ABA. They have helped me unlearn the misguided principles from my daughter’s past ABA experiences and have patiently re-taught me the right way. Their knowledge and dedication have made all the difference in helping me with Khloe’s progress. I often wish they would open their own clinic because the vision I have for how ABA should be is exactly what they embody."
Viveca A.
Florida, US
"Julie and Vincent have helped me tremendously with understanding the terminology and putting it into application. They provide clear and constructive feedback that leads me to critically think to foster a deeper understanding [of ABA]."

"I’m a newly certified BCBA. Unfortunately, I connected with Vincent after I got certified and not before. I learned so much from him, and still do to this day. Every supervisee deserves a competent and compassionate supervisor like Vincent that’s up-to-date with effective treatment modalities."
Dan L.
New York, US
"When you fail the BCBA exam, you have to ask yourself what you will do differently so that you will pass on the next attempt. I was lucky enough to connect with Behavior Blueprint. I was able to do one-on-one coaching with experienced and knowledgeable BCBAs at prices that I felt were reasonable on an RBT income. They know their stuff, and I went into the test after working with them and passed! Highly recommend!"

Everything You Need To Know
Remote client observations are conducted through secure video platforms where you can share your screen or camera to show your work with clients. We'll guide you through the technical setup and provide feedback on your implementation of ABA techniques in real-time or through recorded sessions.
We provide step-by-step guidance on completing your M-FVF forms, including proper documentation of supervision hours, activities completed, and competency areas addressed. We'll review your forms before submission to ensure accuracy and compliance with BACB requirements.
Our supervision focuses on practical, real-world application of ABA principles with personalized feedback. We emphasize ethical practice, cultural responsiveness, and evidence-based interventions. Unlike one-size-fits-all programs, we tailor supervision to your specific learning style and career goals.
Supervision frequency depends on your program requirements and individual needs. Typically, we meet weekly or bi-weekly for individual supervision sessions, with additional group supervision opportunities available. We're flexible and can adjust the schedule based on your progress and BACB requirements.
Focus on establishing clear goals, understanding ethical guidelines, and building foundational skills in data collection and basic interventions. We'll help you create a supervision contract, set up your tracking systems, and ensure you're comfortable with the supervision process before diving into more complex competencies.
Parent coaching and education in ABA is considered consultation and training, not clinical therapy. It involves teaching parents evidence-based strategies to support their child's progress. We'll help you understand the boundaries and proper documentation for these activities within your supervision experience.
